The requirements on top and side detection for IC chip: it’s hard to use the 360 °outer ring lens, and also hard to use several lens to detect for it high cost, hardly assembly and big size and so on.
The new solution only need one camera and lens.
Only 2 shoots can get the immage(top and side) of IC chip even some difference among them, also can focus very quickly and merge the image.
