Job Description & Responsibilities:
Participate in feasibility research and system design for new 5-axis dispensing platform product projects. Be responsible for the detailed design of prototypes and components, producing product assembly drawings and part drawings. Ensure designs meet project or solution requirements and take responsibility for the design.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the application scenarios of 5-axis and 3-axis dispensing platforms. Able to design corresponding structural components based on customer requirements. Familiar with the main components of dispensing platforms, with experience designing both standardized and non-standard equipment.
Compile relevant technical documentation including process files, inspection procedures, operating instructions, process documentation, product design documents, and user manuals.
Conduct value engineering (cost-reduction design) for products. Determine and confirm technical requirements for manufacturing and inspection processes. Proficient in metallurgy/materials science to rationally select materials, manufacturing processes, and heat treatment processes.
Responsible for timely technical improvements or adjustments to defects in prototypes and key components to ensure proper operation, including root cause analysis.
Proficiently select appropriate automation components such as lead screws, linear guides, linear motors, reducers, sensors, and pneumatic components.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design or Mechatronics. Minimum 3 years of experience designing automated equipment.
Proficient in dispensing processes. Must have designed relevant 5-axis and 3-axis dispensing equipment that has been operating in batch quantities at customer sites.
Proficient in SolidWorks software with a solid foundation in mechanical design drafting.
Proficient in metallurgy/materials science, capable of rationally selecting materials, manufacturing processes, and heat treatment processes. Skilled in selecting components for automation design, such as lead screws, linear guides, linear motors, reducers, sensors, and pneumatic components.

Utilize pneumatic, piezoelectric, and screw-type dispensing valves, valve controllers, and dispensing control systems; conduct software testing, competitive product research, and pre-research on dispensing processes.
Participate in new project reviews for adhesive selection, dispensing valve selection, and coating process assessment.
Provide on-site technical service support for company-level sales projects at end-customer locations, including servo debugging, software application guidance, and on-site problem analysis and resolution.
Execute testing according to plans, record data, compile test reports, and provide improvement suggestions.
Manage and drive process control during project dispensing operations.
Propose process and application requirements for pre-research products and provide suggested solutions.
Collaborate with R&D on technical challenges for new processes and track project progress.
Resolve customer on-site testing and process issues promptly; complete equipment commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, and creation of technical documentation at customer sites.
Conduct customer experiments, generate experiment reports, and formulate equipment configuration plans to meet customer requirements.
Possess strong communication and coordination skills, proactively completing tasks assigned by supervisors.
