The inner hole of the engine cylinder block is inspected, with the depth-to-diameter ratio greater than 1:1 (inner diameter 18mm, depth 68.4mm). The depth of field of the common 360° inner wall inspection lens cannot meet the depth inspection requirements
This solution combines the design of a common inner wall lens with a liquid lens. By quickly focusing and taking pictures at different depths, it can complete the scanning of the entire depth within 50ms and finally synthesize a clear image. It can achieve a detection depth-to-diameter ratio as high as 6:1, meeting the requirements for inspecting relatively deep inner holes.
