The requirement is the defect detection and diameter measurement on screw thread hole (the diameter is :M6×0.8), the regular solution need 2 stations to handle, our Customer hope can cut 1 to station.
The solution combines the adjustable micro-multi-angle lens with the liquid lens design, and can complete the scan of the entire thread by taking a quick focus photo of different positions, and finally synthesize a clear picture of the top and inner sides of the thread, thus realizing a single work station to solve customer problems.
